Angel Pavement Refurbishment
We have sought to introduce a better ‘look and feel’ to Angel Pavement. Our research indicated that shopping remains one of the fundamental reasons why people come into the town centre. However their comments confirm that the core shopping area is looking tired. Angel Pavement is in private ownership but we have worked with the landlords, local Authorities and Hertfordshire Highways to raise the quality of this important town centre asset.
